Servings:
Preparation Time: 0 hours
Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts (I like to fillet mine.)
Salt
Olive Oil
6 or 7 leaves of Sage
2 or 3 sprigs of Rosemary
1 handfull of Parsely

Cooking Instructions:

1. Seperate the leaves from the course stems of the herbs. (Discard the stems.) 2. Mix together and mince. (I use a mezza luna, but you can use a regular cutting board.) 3. Add a little olive oil and salt and mince some more. You should have a pasty substance now. 4. Coat chicken breasts with the paste and start the grill. 5. Grill carefully - you don't want to scrape off the herbs.
