Preparation Time: 0.25 hours
Ingredients:

3 white potatoes - peeled and diced
1 small onion chopped small
2 cans white tuna
1 clove chopped
1 cup cream or 2 cups milk
1/4 stick butter
parsley chopped
3 cups water

Cooking Instructions:

Saute onions, garlic in butter still soft. Add water and potatos and boil still potatos are soft. Add tuna chunks to water. Add cream or milk and fresh chopped parsley. Ready to eat - - - (Note: If you want a thicker chowder add 1-4 cup of flour to the milk before adding the cream or milk.)
Notes:
Quick and Easy for lunch at home or camping. If camping you can use canned potatos and dried onion, parsley and garlic and canned milk. The whole family loves it.
