Subscription memberships are recurring memberships. If you don't cancel a trial membership within the given trial period, you will be billed a small fee of $39.95 for each month that you continue your membership unless you cancel your membership or change your billing method. Upon submitting a request for activation of membership, a Username and Password are assigned to you and can be used to gain access to Web Detective Pro. For all trial memberships, the initial trial charge includes full access to Web Detective Pro’s private membership site and all associated search and investigative materials. However, Razoreye Media reserves the right to limit daily live searches within the Web Detective membership area to accommodate bandwidth restrictions for all registered users. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions or is not accessible to the client. Subscriber may cancel a membership by using the form located at http://www.web-detective.com/cancel.aspx, by emailing directly to support@razoreye.com, or by calling 1-305-671-3165. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.

Affiliate may distribute emails solely to those persons who have actively opted-in to receive the email. The content of each email shall include (a) Affiliate's correct point-of-origin email address, transmission information and routing information, (b) clear, prominent opt-out instructions in the email and in the first line of the text, if required by applicable law; (c) a toll-free telephone number or valid email address at which recipient may contact Affiliate to file complaints and/or opt-out; (d) accurate information regarding the manner in which the recipient opted-in to receive the email, (e) a valid postal address for Affiliate, and (f) the identifier and any disclaimers that Company assigned to the email. Affiliate shall not, without Company's prior written approval, include any redirect links or frames in an email. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event may Affiliate forge email header information or otherwise engage in false or misleading conduct.

You can help protect the security of your Personal Information as well. For instance, never give out your password, since this is what is used to access your Account or Registration Information. Also remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you finish using a Razoreye Media Service or surfing the Web, so that other people using the same computer won't have access to your information.

Subscriber agrees by requesting Subscription to accept these terms and conditions and certifies it has been notified in writing of this right to cancel. Subscriber waives any and all right to claim it has not been notified of such.

Affiliate must take adequate steps to ensure that its lists are not used for abusive purposes such as emailing malicious emails or chain letters. Affiliate must use its lists and run its campaigns in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

INFORMATION COLLECTED In the course of operating the Razoreye Media Services, we may collect two types of information about our users: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

"Personal Information" is personally identifiable information, such as your name, and email address. Personal Information is collected by us when you choose to provide it to us when registering for a Razoreye Media Service, such as when you choose to subscribe to a Razoreye Media Service, enter a Razoreye Media promotion, purchase a Razoreye Media product, or choose to receive a Razoreye Media newsletter. In addition, if you choose to contact any of our customer service representatives, we may keep a record of that correspondence so that we may fully address the subject matter. We may also receive Personal Information from our business partners and other third parties, provided that such third parties confirm to us that you have permitted them to share such information.

Aggregate information, such as demographic statistics of our users (e.g. average age or geographical allocation of our users), number of visitors and average time spent on a Razoreye Media Service, is also considered Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is collected or derived by us in the course of operating the Razoreye Media Services. For example, our web servers may automatically collect Non-Personal Information which is provided through your browser or stored on a Cookie when you choose to visit a Razoreye Media Service. Subscriber agrees to the use of electronic records to evidence this Agreement. If Subscriber does not agree to the use of electronic records, Subscriber must elect not to order from this Site. Subscriber’s consent applies to all transactions including monthly fees. Subscriber hereby waives any objection it may have to Company’s use of electronic records in judicial and/or arbitration proceedings should it be necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
