Preparation Time: 0.25 hours
Ingredients:

one bunch asparagus
1/8th cup of pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
Shaved or course grated locatelli romano cheese.

Cooking Instructions:

Pre-heat a skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients to the skillet except the cheese. Lightly sear the asparagus. Arrange on serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
