Preparation Time: 0.25 hours
Ingredients:

1/2 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
1/2 onion (peeled and chopped)
2 bunches mint (washed and stemmed)
1 tablespoon plain yogurt (optional)
salt
black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Place in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You can add a little water to aid blending. Serve with grilled chicken kabobs. Garnish with chopped red bell pepper if desired.
