My goddaughter, Sara, is coping with Juvenile Diabetes on a daily basis. It is my hope that by raising money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, that we can help find a cure.

Juvenile Diabetes affects more than 1 million Americans. Children with juvenile diabetes become dependent on insulin for the rest of their lives and are constantly at risk of devastating complications.

At age 6, Sara is getting 4 to 5 insulin injections a day to help her stay alive. The insulin will not cure the disease and will not protect her from eventual kidney failure, blindness, nerve damage or heart attacks.

Please help find a cure by donating to the JDRF. Your donation will give Sara the encouragement, support and hope that every little girl deserves.

If you would like to learn more about the disease, visit the JDRF online.
