Servings: A bunch
Preparation Time: 1.5 hours
Ingredients:

2 Cups Flour
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
As needed Water
Honey
2 teaspoons sugar
orange zest
cinnamon
crushed almonds

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, eggs, baking powder, vanilla and water to a firm consistency.
  2. Making small balls, roll dough into a pencil thin rope and cut into small pieces.
  3. Making large balls, roll dough into a pencil thin rope and cut into 2” strips rap around two fingers.
  4. Seal both ends with egg white use fork to place in oil.
  5. Fry in deep pot of oil.
  6. Let cool before dressing with honey.
  7. Heat honey with two teaspoons sugar, orange rind, cinnamon, and crushed almonds to suit taste.

Notes:
You can spoon the mixture into cupcake cups or stack in a large pyramid.
